PathStone partnered with Brand & Butter to launch The Eastman Reserve, a $53 million development and the first ever mixed-use and mixed-income project in western New York. We kicked off the project with a brand launch and ground-breaking ceremony for the new build, well-attended by the community and media. Our partnership continued with website development and year-long multi-channel marketing campaign aimed at leasing the building’s 187 residential units. Our successful strategy resulted in a waiting list of over 800 applicants before construction was even completed.
