Marty’s Meats began in 2012 as one of the first Rochester food trucks. Quickly earning a reputation for its standout barbecue-style proteins and sandwiches, Marty’s Meats food truck expanded its operation to include a versatile catering business. Soon to follow was the opening of Marty’s on Park, a brick-and-mortar location in Rochester’s Park Avenue neighborhood. As if there aren’t enough ways to get your Marty’s fix these days, you can even find Marty’s Signature Sauce lining the shelves of several area retailers.
